MNM Institution of Nursing (MNM), the first ever self-financed Nursing Institution for B.Sc Nursing & GNM in South Bengal and the most sought for Institution for the aspiring future nurses in Eastern India has started its journey under the umbrella of Mirza Noor Mahammad Minority Charitable Trust (a society Registered under West Bengal Societies Act XXVI,1961) in the year 2020 with a commitment to foster and present competent, caring and compassionate nurses to the society who are humane, collaborative, devoted to work and multicultural in their outlook.

Our Courses
GNM ( General Nursing and Midwifery )
GNM or General Nursing and Midwifery course is a 3-year diploma course which is followed by 6 months of mandatory internship during the final semester. GNM course deals with the nursing practice of a niche segment like maternity care, post-trauma, rehabilitation, mental care and data collection. consists of subjects like Medical Surgical Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Midwifery and Gynecological Nursing. GNM 1st Year subjects are Bio-Science, Behavioural Sciences, Nursing Foundations and Community Health Nursing. After pursuing a GNM Nursing course, students can build their career in the nursing sector across job profiles such as Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- Eligibility: 10+2 examination from any recognized board with at least 40% marks.
- Must pass in English with at least 40% marks in ’10+2′ examination.
- Candidates passing (10+2) in Vocational Stream must be from any one of following three disciplines. Health Care Science | Agriculture | Home Science
- Valid Rank of GNM Entrance Examination.
- Age limit (17-35) years.
- Duration: 3 Years > Seats: 60

B.Sc Nursing
BSc Nursing full form is Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The BSc Nursing course duration is a four-year undergraduate course that prepares candidates who wish to become registered nurses. BSc Nursing typically includes a combination of classroom instruction and clinical training in various healthcare settings. Upon graduation from BSc Nursing and successful completion of licensing exams, graduates are eligible to work as registered nurses, providing direct patient care in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings.
- Min & Maximum age: The applicant’s age must be at least 17 (seventeen) years as on 31 st Dec of Admission Year. No Upper Age limit.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in West Bengal uninterruptedly for at least last 10 years till 31 st Dec prior to Admission Year or their parents should be permanent resident of West Bengal
- Language: Must be able to read, write and express in Bengali and/or Nepali
- Minimum educational qualification:
1. The Candidate must pass (10+2) examination from any recognized board/council.
2. Candidate must pass (10+2) examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with individual pass marks
(in both theory and practical separately, wherever applicable)
3. Minimum Aggregate required considering above subjects taken together -45%
4. For SC/ST/OBC-A & B/PwD, Minimum Aggregate required
considering above subjects taken together-40% - Rank: Valid Rank of JENPAS-UG Exam
